The renovation of a 5-bedroom chalet in Nordic included the installation of Nuheat infloor heating throughout the entire main floor, replacing the existing baseboard heat. Additionally, the lighting was upgraded to new Lotus recessed LED lighting throughout the chalet.

Scope of work included a comprehensive main floor renovation, encompassing the kitchen and living room areas.
New electrical circuits were installed to accommodate an instant hot water unit and garburator under the sink.
The integration of a new Lutron Caseta smart lighting control system was implemented to enhance functionality and ambiance throughout the entire unit.
To facilitate the installation of a hot tub without exceeding existing service capacity, an AC Dandy Loadmiser was utilized.
